TERRASSE RESTAURANT - a
delectable breakfast buffet is laid out in splendid fashion at
this al fresco restaurant next to the swimming pool. Light lunches
and selected specialities are served daily. At dinner, you can
choose between the sumptuous buffet and the imaginative a la carte
menu, and dine in grand style by candlelight on one of the islands
in the middle of the pool.
PAUL & VIRGINIE ALFRESCO - lunches and dinners are served
at this delightful restaurant, with a thatched umbrella above,
and the soft sand between your toes. Lobster, crayfish, prawns,
oysters, fresh line-fish. The day's catch is delivered directly
from the boats to the chef, and you can't do better than that!
LES
CASCADES RESTAURANT & PIANO BAR - leading
directly into the private tropical gardens, this fine restaurant
offers an unforgettable a la carte menu. Our Chef Mesh has created
some gastronomic masterpieces, showing flair and innovation. Le
Saint Géran has the most extensive cellar on the island,
and you will be assured of a memorable evening in this elegant establishment.
