CUISINE In the immediate proximity of Flic-en-Flac village, Villas Caroline enjoys the reputation of being the best culinary stopover in the Indian Ocean. You will have the choice of quality dishes of the Creole, European of Indian cuisine.

Villas Caroline has a terraced open sided restaurant which serves a variety of cuisine where a weekly Sega/buffet evening is held. The Lounge/Bar serves a range of drinks in a relaxed atmosphere and Guests can dance to the live band, which performs five nights a week. Sports available at Villas Caroline include a large swimming pool, kayaks, pedaloes, sailing, windsurfing, snorkelling, big game fishing and water skiing. There is also a dive centre, with qualified instructors, located next door to the hotel. The hotel also benefits from being a two minute walk from the local shops and restaurants.
